The Effect of Some Bio-Agents and Organic Substances Against Verticillium dahliae, A Problem in Lettuce (Lactuca sativa) Plant

Bu çalışmada, Verticillium dahliae’nın gelişimi üzerine bazı fungal (Trichoderma harzianum, Trichoderma virens, asperellum, viride) ve maya (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) biyolojik kontrol etmenleri ile vermikompost salisilik asit organik maddelerin etkisi araştırılmıştır. Çalışma in vitro vivo koşullarda yürüyülmüş vitro’da antagonizmin derecesi yüzde olarak engelleme oranı belirlenmiştir. In inhibisyon en yüksek belirlenen T. asperellum S. cerevisiae maddelerin, vivo’da marul (Lactuca sativa) bitkisinde sorun teşkil eden V. gelişimine incelenmiştir. Ayrıca maddelerden asitin dahliae’ nın gelişimini tamamen engellediği asit, dahliae patojeninin olduğu uygulamalarda grubuna oranla bitkilerin sürgün boyunu kök uzunluğunu arttırmıştır. Gerek yeşil aksam gerek gövde kesiti skala değerlerinde etkinliğini azaltmıştır.
